Brooks recalled, Tallackson returned
Lowell captain heads to New Jersey for the second time this season

LOWELL, MA - Today, the New Jersey Devils recalled defenseman Alex Brooks from Lowell under emergency conditions. He was previously recalled from Lowell on October 16th, and appeared in three games (0g-1a-1pt, +1).  Also today, New Jersey re-assigned right wing Barry Tallackson to Lowell. He had been recalled on Saturday and skated in two games with New Jersey.

Lowell will host the Springfield Falcons for the first time this season on Saturday afternoon.  Game time is 2:05 p.m.  The two clubs will meet 10 times during the season, with five games in each building.  They will meet Friday night in Springfield to open the home-and-home weekend series at 7:35 p.m.  All Devils games, home and away, can be heard on WCAP 980AM with the Voice of the Devils, Ryan Johnston.

Doors open Saturday afternoon at 1:05 p.m.  Everyone in attendance will receive a Lowell Devils Magnet Schedule.  Young fans ages 12 and under are asked to come decked out in their Halloween outfits to participate in a costume contest at the game.  The winner will get to go trick-or-treating with the Lowell Devils mascot for one hour on Halloween Night.  For more information or to reserve your seats for this game, call the Devils office at (978) 458-PUCK.
